Welcome to Shalom Education and Charitable Society
Bringing hope, love, and dignity to the lives of orphans, widows, women, and the underprivileged in Nagaland.
Since 2013, we have been nurturing children, empowering women, caring for the elderly, and promoting education and healthcare for those who need it most. What started with just two children has now grown into a family of 40+ children, thriving under God’s grace and community support.

About Us
Shalom Education and Charitable Society, based at Tuli Yong Ward, Tuli, Nagaland, is a registered non-profit organization working under the Society Act 1860 (Reg. No. HOME/SRC-7903 Dt. 30.10.2024, Government of Nagaland). Our mission is to catalyze immediate and lasting change for children by addressing their most urgent needs and ensuring their long-term well-being. We focus on providing essential services such as food, shelter, education, healthcare, and protection, while also working on broader issues including nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), child poverty, humanitarian response, climate change, and disaster risk reduction. At Shalom, we believe every child deserves access to dignity and opportunity, and through our dedicated projects, we strive to uplift underprivileged children and create a foundation for a brighter and more secure future.
